Shipping
The courier I use is XEND Business Solutions (http://www.xend.com.ph)Product would be delivered within 7-15 business days. (That is default shipment time. If you want your item to arrive earlier please make sure to tell me but please be reminded that there would be an added cost on the shipping fee.)
Item would only be shipped after payment has been confirmed. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Buyers with unconfirmed paypal addresses please take note that I won't be held liable if your package gets lost, please make sure to send another available working address for your package to be sent to.
Shipping Notification
I would be personally notifying you the next day via email if shipping has been successfully picked up and is now on it's way. :)Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final, I don't accept refunds however if you have an issue with quality control on your item once you have received it please make sure to contact me! ( either through email [email protected] or the the contact form)Packaging
Product is packaged in a very sturdy hardboard box or a hard plastic case with a glass on the frontview. Packaging depends on the size of the specific item the customer has purchased. Whatever package it may be it would always be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap for sure protection of your item.If you have any inquiries or something hasn't been covered by the policy please use the contact form or directly email me: [email protected].
